You can verify your account on the KYC section. Just upload a clear proof of identity and bank documentation on the referred section. The documents must be readable, valid and all four corners of the document must be visible. If nothing is wrong with the document provided the verification should be done real quick.

Depositing is very easy with BetBarter. You can use offline deposit methods (Bank Transfer, PhonePe, GPay, PayTM, UPI) or online methods (Astropay, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter). In case you chose an Offline deposit method make sure to check the transfer details on the deposit page. After successfully concluding the transaction upload the proof payment and insert the transaction number. The transferred amount will be shortly reflected on your account.

Firstly you must verify your account and wager at least one time the amount of your deposit. After that is done you just need to go to the withdrawal section, check the withdrawable amount and define the amount you want to be transferred to your account.

You can only have one withdrawal active. But you can cancel any withdrawal at any time and request a new one in case you wish to add some winnings on it!

After submitting your deposit it can be automatic or up to 5min depending on the method used.

We process your withdrawal in around 30minutes, but in case of bank transfer it can take up to 1 business day for the money to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank processing times.

Your deposits can be rejected if the information uploaded does not match or is incorrect, if you deposit a smaller amount than the amount requested or if you use a duplicate payment slip.

The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits depend on the method used. They can be as low as 250INR for deposits and 1000INR for withdrawals or as high as 5 lakh for both deposits and withdrawals.

When it comes to Sportsbook and Exchange the bets will by default be settled when the events are over, however if your bet is resulted throughout the event we will try our best to settle it as soon as possible.

In Sportsbook and Exchange there are also several reasons, for example and not limited to: odds change when you are placing the bet, events are suspended, you are betting above the market limit, the market is no longer available, the result changed while you were placing a bet, etc.
